Authorized Assistant or Representative

A person nominated by a Member registered with and authorised by the Exchange to enter the Trading Ring to execute transactions in  the Commodities on behalf of  the concerned Member

A member not being a member of a partnership firm carrying on business on the exchange shall be entitled to appoint authorised representatives in his  own exclusive employment for entering into trades in the market on behalf of such member.  In case of partnership firms, such appointment shall be made only by the firm under the signature of all the partners

Every member who has appointed an Authorised Representative shall be required to pay an annual Authorised Representative fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per representative or such other increased fee as may be decided by the Board from time to time.
