The Bikaner Commodities Exchange Limited (BCEL) is headquartered at BIKANER, India and was set up by the participants in the mustered, Guar and Gram industry in India to facilitate trading in mustered, Guar and Gram Futures. BCEL is a self regulatory organization under the supervision of the Forward Markets Commission (FMC), The FMC has been constituted by the Ministry of Food & Consumer Affairs of the Government of India to oversee all commodity futures markets. BCEL is essentially set up to enable trading in MUSTERED Futures. It is managed by an elected Board of Directors who are assisted in the day to day functioning of the exchange by a set of Standing Committees.

BCEL is the first Recognised Commodity Exchange in Rajasthan,  At present, it is conducting futures trading in 3 Commodities, which are available for trading on this System.
